Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Initial vehicle check, maintenance and spare part fitment;
初期车辆的检查，维修和零部件安装；
2. Instrumentation of the vehicle (test sensinstallation) and joint setup check with Test Engineer;
车辆设备安装如装测试传感器，与工程师一起对准备进行检查；
3. Driving/execution of test manoeuvres with data acquisition operation and joint result check with Test Engineer;
驾驶车辆执行测试，收集数据，与测试工程师检查结果；
4. De-instrumentation of the vehicle (test sensremoval) and rebuild vehicle toiginal condition;
拆卸车辆测试设备，使车辆恢复到原始状态；
5. Control the status of the instrumentation related to the calibration and possible incidences during usage;
管理设备校准和使用过程中的可能发生的事故；
6. Ensure the safety during the driver training and evaluate the driving skill and safety of the attendants as a instructor.
作为驾驶培训指导保证培训过程中的安全并评价参与者的驾驶技能和安全性。

Requirements 任职要求：
1. Driving skill, and with maintenance background;
会开车并且有一定的汽修经验；
2. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力；
3. 1~2 years vehicle dynamics testing experience is a plus;
有一到两年车辆动力测试经验者优先；
4. Open to travel.
